EFFECTIVENESS
Utilizing the ultraviolet radiation of the UV-C spectrum (253.7 nm), which is an efficient, economical and environmentally friendly radiation that directly affects the RNA of any microorganism, the device of "VIANELK" neutralizes up to 99.9 % Of known airborne bacteria and viruses, fungal growth, odors, allergens and volatile organic compounds, and reduces the transmission of viral and bacterial infections without the use of chemicals, biological filters and other existing systems acting effectively and efficiently; such as SARS-CoV-1, MERS-CoV and SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19 (attached studies).
The effectiveness of "Vianelk" devices against microorganisms and especially against COVID-19 has been confirmed by the QUALITECH certification and testing center and by the Hygiene laboratory of the Medical Department of the University of Patras.
ABSOLUTELY SAFE OPERATION
UV-C RADIATION REMAINS LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY ON THE INTERIOR OF THE DEVICE (Certificate of non-leakage of UV-C radiation from the National Center for Laboratory Testing and Certification).
Vianelk AIR DISINFECTION DEVICES DO NOT PRODUCE OZONE (O3). The Ozone-FREE UV-C lamps (PHILIPS, OSRAM or LEDVANCE) used have a special crystalline coating (QUARTZ) which blocks the spectrum of radiation in which ozone is produced which in high concentration can be harmful to human health.
Vianelk APPLIANCES PROVIDE CONTINUOUS AIR DISINFECTION. The result of this absolutely safe process of UVGI irradiation and disinfection of the constantly recycling air is the TOTAL AND CONTINUOUS DISINFECTION of the space in which the device will be placed.
"Vianelk" air disinfection devices are radically different from the INSTANT sterilizers with visible UV-C lamps, which are mainly used for instant sterilization of various objects in a space and pose serious health risks in case of exposure to radiation.
"Vianelk" devices succeed in reducing the transmission of viral and bacterial infections by applying only UV-C radiation. This avoids the use of chemicals, biological filters and other questionable efficiencies and safety of existing systems.
APPLICATION OF THE "PURE MINI" DEVICE IN A LIFT
The PURE MINI device is installed on the roof or on the side wall of the elevator car.
The device is autonomous without depending on or affecting any other elevator operating system. The installation process is relatively simple and requires only one power supply.
The PURE MINI disinfection device is compatible with the elevator air conditioning system. It is ideally positioned so that the exhaust air from the appliance is as close as possible to the air intake of the air conditioning system so that it acts as an aid to the diffusion of fresh air.
The device is highly reinforced in all its parts and secures at the point of installation so that only qualified personnel can access it.
The device can be operated either with a switch or at the same time with the lighting of the elevator.
The PURE MINI device is made with emphasis on maximum air disinfection in each recycling. The UV-C lamps used achieve more than 99% air disinfection in each recycling.
Its operation during the movement of the elevator and while there are people in it is completely safe.
The device does not need maintenance before 10,000 hours of operation are completed. Then the UV-C lamps should be replaced with new ones. Also, depending on the air charge with dust, a periodic internal cleaning of the device should be done.
It is possible to place the device in any type and size of elevator, up to 10 sq.m.
